If your washing machine is not taking detergent, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
The water pressure is too low
Check the water pressure directly from the tap using a bucket. Approximately 10 litres of water per minute should flow out of the tap when fully open. For more information on how to ensure your washing machine is getting a water supply, watch our YouTube video. Contact your fitter if the water pressure is too low.
The nozzles in the detergent drawer are blocked
Take the detergent drawer out of the washing machine and clean it thoroughly.
If the issue persists, we advise against attempting repairs yourself. Instead, book a repair with one of our highly trained and qualified Bosch engineers.
