Bosch Service Hotline.
Our experienced Bosch Customer Service team will help you to book a repair appointment for your induction hob. We will ask you to provide the model number (E-Nr.) of your appliance during the booking process.
Our Customer Care Hotline operates on:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (excluding public holidays)
Saturday: 9am to 1pm (excluding public holidays)
How to find your E-Nr.
Simply refer to the appliance pass – one of the documents boxed with your product. Alternatively, check the hob itself. Look on or close to the front edge that sits below the worktop. The third option is to reconstruct the E-Nr. from its two parts.
Start with the code engraved in the cooking surface. This is followed by a / and the two-digit customer service index. To access it, go to the menu item Appliance Info under basic settings in the product interface.
