In Warranty repair.

If your Bosch home appliance has a manufacturing or material fault and it is under the two-year manufacturer's warranty or the Bosch Extended Warranty, your repair will be free of charge subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

Out of Warranty repair.

If your Bosch appliance is out of warranty, a service charge and call-out fee of S$150 will apply. This fee covers the technician's travel to your address, diagnosing the problem, and providing a cost estimate for the required parts and labor. Please note that the service charge is payable regardless of whether the cost estimate is accepted or declined.

This fee does not include the cost of spare parts. Further costs cannot be provided in advance, as the technician must physically inspect the unit to determine the root cause of the issue and identify the necessary spare parts for replacement or repair.

How do I know if I can solve the issue with my induction hob by myself?

Should I repair my old induction hob or get a new one?

It depends on the age and the condition of your induction hob. Our customer service is happy to advice on whether a service repair is right for you. In most cases, a repair is recommended as it is often more cost-effective. However, this is always up to you.

If a repair isn't possible or not recommended, you will get a cashback of the call-out charge when buying a new Bosch home appliance.

What parts are used for the repair?

All the spare parts used by our team of experts to repair your induction hob are original. In order to provide you with the perfect solution, we will analyze each issue individually to ensure the availability of all the necessary original spare parts.
