1. Bosch Online Store Warranty

When purchasing in our Bosch Online Store you automatically enjoy a two year standard warranty. For this simply register your product in your Bosch My Account and keep your invoice as a proof of purchase.

2. Payment Methods

You may use Singapore issued VISA and Master Card debit/credit cards for payment in the Bosch Online Store. We take payment safety very seriously and your credit card details will be handled with the highest security.

3. Delivery Information

We have set up a delivery service especially for you, so that your items are delivered within a schedule which best fits your requirements. If your purchase is over $150, you will enjoy a free home delivery service for standard delivery.

Our standard delivery time usually takes 3-5 working days. In case you wish to receive your items the next working day, you may choose our express delivery option during checkout.

4. Where can I see the order status?

As soon as you have finalized your purchase in the Bosch Online Store, you will receive an automated E-Mail with your complete purchase information. A second E-Mail will follow which will inform you about the order status. If the status of your item is confirmed, we shall contact you shortly by phone for delivery arrangements.

As a registered Bosch My Account customer, you may also check your order status in the order overview under ‘My Orders’.

5. Cancellation and Returns Information

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to cancel your order.

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items at any time before delivery arrangements have been confirmed with you.

An administrative fee may be imposed by us for cancellation of contract after delivery arrangements have been confirmed with you.

You have the right to return any item within fourteen (14) days after delivery to you, provided that the terms and conditions relating to returns have been satisfied and subject to an administrative fee to be borne by you.

6. How do I know which products are on sale?
