If your laundry are always badly creased after washing, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

The programme spin speed is too fast

If you use a fast spin speed, this can contribute to your clothes becoming badly creased at the end of the cycle, especially delicate fabrics such as silk.Consider lowering the spin speed for delicate loads.

The washing machine drum is overloaded

Overloading the washing machine will cause the laundry to move around in one large mass which will increase the pressure in the drum, contributing to the formation of creases in the clothing especially at high spin speeds.
