The filters in the water connection or AquaStop hose are blocked or the water pressure is too low.

Clean the water inlet filter

The water inlet filter may be clogged. Follow this step to check it.

Step-by-step guide

1. Turn the appliance off and disconnect the appliance.

2. Turn off the water tap

3. Remove the hose from the water tap

4. Clean the filter with a small brush under running water

5. Tip: For standard and Aqua secure models:

  • Clean the filter on the rear of the appliance
  • Remove the hose
  • Use pliers to remove the filter and clean it

6. Connect the hose and check for leaks

Check the water tap and water pressure

1. Close the water tap and remove the hose to check the water pressure.

2. Put a bucket below the tap and turn on the water tap. Approximately 10 liters of water per minute should come out.

3. If the water pressure is too low, you may need to contact your plumber to check the water installation.
