• _{This lucky draw campaign will start from 19 May 2025 and end on 25 May 2025 at 22:00 hours, Singapore time (“Campaign”). One (1) set of Bosch Kitchen Machine (model no. MUM52120) worth S$649.00 (Recommended Retail Price), will be given away (“Prize”).}
• _{Applicable to participants residing in Singapore and aged eighteen (18) years old and above only. The participant must complete all steps for their entries to qualify for this Campaign.}
• _{One (1) Winner will be selected by the Organiser, and all decisions made by the Organiser, BSH Home Appliances Pte. Ltd.. The selection of the Winner by the Organiser shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all participants and are non-negotiable.}
• _{The Winner will be announced on 30 May 2025. The Organiser will contact the Winner to arrange for collection of the Prize at the Organiser’s UnserHaus Experience Centre of the Organiser located at 11 Bishan St 21, #04-02, Bosch Building, Singapore 573943. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Organiser within ten (10) days from 30 May 2025, the Winner is deemed to have waived his/her right to accept the Prize. The Organiser has the right to select a supplementary Winner at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Organiser in this regard are final and binding on all participants.}
• _{By entering this Campaign, each participant hereby agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. In accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to be featured in any Bosch home appliances collateral for publicity and announcement purposes, if applicable.}

• _{The Organiser reserves its rights to amend, vary, modify, change, suspend, cancel, extend, remove or delete any terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time without prior notice and any dispute arising out of this Campaign, the decision made by the Organiser shall be final and binding onto the parties of the dispute. The Organiser shall not be held liable to compensate and/or indemnify any participant for any loss and damages in any manner whatsoever in connection with this Campaign directly and/or indirectly.}
