Cleaning your stainless steel cooker hood is simple with the right approach. Follow these steps to ensure a pristine finish without damaging the surface:
First, identify if the grain on your stainless steel vent hood runs horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Next, clean the steel with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, always wiping in the direction of the grain, and dry with a soft cloth. DO NOT use chlorine-based cleaners, abrasive cloths or cleaners.
For stubborn residues, utilise our specialised degreaser — simply spray on it and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then wipe with a damp cloth.
Finish by applying the Bosch stainless steel conditioner, wiping with the grain and removing excess with a paper towel. Avoid applying the conditioner to logos, control labels, or black stainless steel, which can be cleaned with mild soapy water and a soft cloth
