If your steam cooker won t start or stops unexpectedly, there could be a few reasons why. Heres a step by step guide to help you troubleshoot the issue.

Check the display notifications

Your steam cooker may be trying to communicate an issue or request via the display, such as prompts for action, warnings, or reminders. Follow these steps to view the message:

1. Press the Info button.

2. Information is displayed for a few seconds.

3. Swipe on the display to scroll through longer messages.

4. If necessary, use the back arrow to exit the message.

Appliance door is not fully closed

An improperly closed door can prevent the steam cooker from operating.

1. Open and close the door firmly.

2. Make sure no object is blocking it and that it clicks shut.

The appliance is not active

1. Turn the steam cooker off completely

2. Wait for a few seconds, then turn it back on.
