If your steam cooker isn’t heating, there may be a few reasons behind it. Follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue.
Demo Mode is active
To deactivate Demo Mode:
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply by switching off the circuit breaker in your fuse box.
2. Wait a few seconds, then switch it back on.
3. Within approximately 5 minutes, go to the appliance's settings to turn off Demo Mode.
To change the basic settings:
1. Press Basic settings in the menu.
2. Press the required basic settings area.
3. Press the required basic setting.
4. Press to select the required basic setting. The change is applied directly for most basic settings. If you are having difficulties with the settings, please refer to your appliances instruction manual for more information.
Note: Your changes to the basic settings will be retained even after a power failure.
There has been a power cut
If theres been a recent power outage:
1. Open and close the appliance door once.
2. This confirms that the appliance is ready to operate again.
