If your steam cooker isn t working as expected, it may be due to one of the following common issues. Follow the steps below to diagnose and possibly resolve the problem.

The circuit breaker in the fuse box has tripped

1. Go to your fuse box.

2. See if the circuit breaker for the appliance has tripped.

3. If so, switch it back on.

There has been a power cut

Ensure your home has power.

1. Check if the lights or other appliances are working.

2. If not, your area may be experiencing a power shortage.

Electronics fault

1. Disconnect the steam cooker from the power supply by switching off the fuse for at least 30 seconds.

2. Reconnect the appliance and reset the basic settings to the factory settings.

3. If you are having difficulties with the settings, please refer to your appliances instruction manual for more information.
