If the E25 error code appears on the appliance display it means the drain pump is blocked or the drain pump cover is loose or missing.

Step by step guide

1. Check to see if the drain pump cover is loose. The pump cover is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. Remove the filter to reveal the pump cover and ensure that it’s not loose. If you have trouble locating it, review your your user manual.

2. The drain pump may be blocked. The pump is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. First, remove the filter completely to reveal the drain pump cover. Next, pry off the pump cover with a spoon until it clicks. Grip the cover and pull upward until you feel resistance. Then pull forward to remove the cover completely. Check the pump and remove any debris and standing water with a sponge. Use caution as some debris may be sharp.
