If the E24 error code appears on the appliance display it means the appliance is not draining properly due to a blockage.

Step by step guide

1. Check the inlet hose and ensure it's not kinked or damaged.

2. The pump cover may be loose. The pump cover is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. Remove the filter to reveal the pump cover and ensure that it’s not loose. If you have trouble locating it, review your your user manual.

3. If the dishwasher drain hose is connected to a garbage disposal's dishwasher drain connection, ensure that the plug is removed from the disposer’s dishwasher drain connection.

If issue persist, we advise against attempting repairs yourself. Instead, book a repair with one of our highly trained and qualified Bosch engineers.
