If the E18 error code appears on the appliance display it means that the water supply has been cut off or it is too low.

Step by step guide

1. Switch off and unplug the appliance.

2. Check the inlet and outlet hoses behind the appliance are not trapped or kinked.

3. Turn off the water supply, remove the inlet hose and place a bucket under the water supply. Then turn on the water, check it is running at 10 litres per minute, turn off the water supply and reattach the inlet hose.

4. Remove the detachable filter in your inlet hose and clean it under the tap. After that, reattach the filter securely.

5. Finally, reattach the hose, turn back on the water supply and plug in the appliance.

If the fault is not visible or if issue persist, we advise against attempting repairs yourself. Instead, book a repair with one of our highly trained and qualified Bosch engineers.
