If your appliance stops while program is still during, there are a few simple checks that you can carry out on your own, which may help your resolve the issue.

Door not closed properly

The appliance will stop mid-cycle if the door is not closed properly. Ensure that the door is shut firmly and the latch engages fully. Check if the rear panel is being pressed in, for example by a hose holder, which has not been removed.

Check the power and water supply

If the power and/or water supply is interrupted mid-cycle, the programme will stop. You should restore power and/or water supply, then continue the cycle. Please contact an electrician, if necessary.

If the issue persists, we advise against attempting repairs yourself. Instead, book a repair with one of our highly trained and qualified Bosch engineers.
