There are a number of reasons why the dishwasher may be leaking. It is important to inspect the appliance carefully in order to locate where the problem is coming from.
Damaged door seal
If you see water leaking from the door, open it wide and inspect the door seal for any visible damage. If you see tears or pieces of the door seal missing, , please order a replacement part using our spare parts search or contacting our customer care team at +65 6751 5000.
Damaged spray arm or loose water outlet connection
If the spray arm is damaged, it can force water to spray directly toward the dishwasher door seal, causing a leak. First, check if your spray arm can rotate properly. To do this, open the appliance door and remove the dishwasher rack as shown in the instruction manual. If the spray arm rotates fully, follow the instructions in your manual to remove the spray arm, and check if the tube connection on the pump’s water outlet opening, located behind the spray arm insert is tightened. Ensure that the connection is tightened then replace the spray arm into position.
If your spray arm is visibly damaged, please order a replacement part using our spare parts search or contacting our customer care team at +65 6751 5000.
