A blockage can prevent the tumble dryer from collecting water. To prevent this, we recommend regularly cleaning the appliance thoroughly and following the instructions for usage in your user manual.

Clogged condenser pipe

Start by unplugging the appliance and removing the condenser tray to allow you to clean the area. Try to reach into the slot that the tray is connected to and clean as much debris as possible. Use a dry cloth to clean as much of the area as possible and clean out the condenser tray under the sink.

Damaged condenser tray

If your tray appears to be damaged or does not slot in properly, you will need to purchase a replacement. You may order a replacement part using our spare parts search or contacting our customer care team at +65 6751 5000.

If the issue persists, we advise against attempting repairs yourself. Instead, book a repair with one of our highly trained and qualified Bosch engineers.
