Cleaning the washing machine

Before cleaning the drain pump in your washing machine, it is important to disconnect the power supply. Open the service flap on the machine and allow the water to drain off from the tube. Unscrew the pump cover and place a towel underneath to catch any remaining water. Carefully inspect the pump for any foreign objects.
