How does the subscription work?
You choose your desired products and the frequency of the plan. Payment is collected only for the first order and subsequent orders are deducted from the same credit card. You can pause or cancel the plan anytime by logging in to "MyBosch - Subscription" section, 7 days prior to the next delivery. A pre-reminder email will be sent to you too, 14 days prior to the next delivery.
How is the frequency of the plan determined?
We have a long history of producing home appliances. We know exactly what is the average usage/consumption of each household. This helps to determine the amount of maintenance required (we are assuming a household of four).
Can I use Bosch cleaning and care products for appliances from other brands?
In principle yes. Although the cleaning products are specifically designed for Bosch and Gaggenau, they are also suitable for all other appliances. Kindly follow the instructions manual or view our how to video.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Make sure you do this at least 7working days before the next delivery date. Then we can process your request and ensure that your credit card is not deducted.
