French for ‘under vacuum’, sous vide lets you cook your vacuum sealed ingredients at the lowest possible temperature in a water bath. Start by filling your Bosch vacuum zipper bags with ingredients of your choice. Attach the vacuum pump on your ErgoMixx hand blender to the bag’s valve to drain out the air. Just like that, your food is sous vide ready.

For sous vide cooking, you will need to cook your food at low temperatures between 40 to 85°C to maintain its flavours and nutrients. When cooking fish, season it with your preferred marinades before you sous vide it at 56°C for 30 minutes. Fancy some steak instead? Sous vide it at 56°C for 90 minutes, before searing it briefly at maximum heat to lock in the roasted aroma, and voila!
