Your Parts Specialist and a Full-time Mother

Hi, I’m Sharon! I enjoy working with my team to make sure the right spare parts are always available for you. Working out of our warehouse is a fast-paced environment but the joy and laughter with my fellow engineers and logistics team make every day memorable.

Although I don’t get to meet many of our customers face-to-face, I make sure they know how much I care by delivering the spare parts they need. In some cases, I have even rescheduled deliveries when customers made genuine mistakes and ordered the wrong parts! It’s all part of my job to ensure that everything runs smoothly at the warehouse, and our customers remain happy.

Descale to save energy!

Many washing machines brought in for repairs have a significant buildup of limescale around the heating elements. If you let limescale build up like that, your washing machine will take a longer time and require more energy to heat up. Knowing that the proper care for their appliances is sorted takes a load off their minds.

It would be nice if the other parts of our lives came with warranties too! Since they don’t, I really treasure the time I spend with my children and those I love. It doesn’t matter what we do, as long as it’s together.
