Terms and Conditions:

• Giveaway ends on 18 March 2025 at 23:59 hours, Singapore time.
• Only public FB accounts are eligible.
• Applicable to participants residing in Singapore and aged eighteen (18) years old and above only.
• All steps must be completed for entries to qualify.
• One (1) Winner will be selected by the Organiser, and all decisions made by the Organiser, BSH Home Appliances Pte. Ltd.. The selection of the Winner by the Organiser shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all participants and are non-negotiable.
• The Winner will be announced on 19 March 2025. The Winner will receive a Direct Message from the Organiser. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Organiser within ten (10) days from the date the Organiser’s sent the Direct Message. The Winner is deemed to have waived his/her right to accept the prize. The Organiser has the right to select a supplementary Winner at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Organiser in this regard are final and binding on all participants.
• By entering this campaign, each participant hereby agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. In accepting the prize, the winder agrees to be featured in any Bosch home appliances collateral for publicity and announcement purposes, if applicable.
• All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred or to be incurred to participate in this campaign are the sole responsibility of each participant.
• By participating in this campaign, each participant agrees to provide personal data and/or information to the Organiser verification, contact, products delivery and/or services. All participants understand and agree that the Organiser may collect, use and/or disclose the participant personal data and/or information provided for promotional and marketing activities via email, push notification and/or SMS, administration, feedback, surveys, market research, delivery & installation of products by the Organiser service providers or independent contractors, maintenance tips for products, individualised services, culinary events purpose and/or disclose to the Organiser related corporations in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. • The participant may withdraw consent to provide the Participant’s personal data and/or information at any time by notice in writing to the Organiser data protection officer(s) at sgr_v_dpo@bshg.com.
• The Organiser reserves its rights to amend, vary, modify, change, suspend, cancel, extend, remove or delete any terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without prior notice and any dispute arising out of this campaign, the decision made by the Organiser shall be final and binding onto the parties of the dispute. The Organiser shall not be held liable to compensate and/or indemnify any participant for any loss and damages in any manner whatsoever in connection with this campaign directly and/or indirectly.
