Bosch Home Appliances “Living with Bosch – What’s Your Preferred Recipe” Contest Terms and Conditions

  1. This contest (the “Contest”) is organised by BSH Home Appliances Pte. Ltd. (the “Organiser”).
  2. The Contest is open to participants above the age of 18 years with a permanent residential address in Singapore.
  3. By submitting an entry, the participant is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  4. To enter the Contest, “What’s your preferred recipe? Fill in your answer to the question ‘Which of our healthy recipes would you whip up?’
  5. Entries must be submitted by, 2359hrs on 31 August 2017 (the “Deadline”). Times stated are in Singapore time, GMT +08:00. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Deadline at any time without prior notice. All entries received thereafter will automatically be disqualified.
  6. Entries submitted must NOT contain material which is obscene, violent, discriminatory, illegal, offensive, threatening, or which is otherwise deemed inappropriate in the sole discretion of the Organiser.
  7. The Organiser reserves the sole right and discretion to remove any submission deemed inappropriate or that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  8. Participants are required to submit all necessary information for the purposes of verification / maintenance of record, when asked by the Organiser. Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy. Any communication or information transmitted to the Organiser by messaging or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Submissions become the exclusive property of the Organiser and will not be returned or acknowledged. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt of such entry. The Organiser shall have no liability for any submission that is not received by the Organiser.
  9. The Organiser reserves the right to judge the submissions and select the winners based on its subjective opinion. The decision made by the Organiser is final.
  10. Ten (10) winners will be chosen and will each win a Bosch goodie bag.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right to select additional / alternative winners in its sole and absolute discretion.
  12. Results will be announced within two (2) weeks after the end of the Contest. Winners will be contacted by email or by phone. All information gathered will be used to verify the winners’ eligibility and will remain confidential with the Organiser.
  13. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Organiser within seven (7) working days, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited all rights to any prize. All decisions of the Organiser are final.
  14. If winners fail to collect their prize within two (2) weeks upon receiving the winner announcement notification, their prizes will be forfeited.
  15. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner after announcement due to ineligibility of the winner on these Terms and Conditions.
  16. Participants agree to allow all information provided to be used for research and statistical analysis. This information will not be sold or given to any non-related organisation outside of The Organiser.
  17. The Organiser reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of the contest without prior notice.
