General Terms and Conditions

1. This “Show it, Share it and Win it” of Bosch Home Appliances Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organised by BSH Home Appliances Pte. Ltd. (the “Organiser”). These terms and conditions shall apply to the Campaign and bind all the Participants. Each a "Participant" and collectively, the "Participants".

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Campaign is open to Participants aged eighteen (18) years old and above at the time of entry with residential address and valid identification documents to be provided when requested by the Organiser.

2.2 Employees of the Organiser, distributors, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies of the Organiser together with their employees, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each of the aforesaid persons are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign will take place from 28 August 2025 (00:00 hour) to 15 September 2025 (23:59 hour) (both dates inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”). Any submission after the Campaign Period shall be disqualified and rejected automatically.

4. Campaign Mechanics

To enter this Campaign, each Participant must, during the Campaign Period to do the following:

(i) create an interesting and creative TikTok video on product(s) or user experience review of any Bosch home appliances you purchase (excluding cleaning and care products and Bosch Power Tools) on each Participant’s TikTok account; and

(ii) must hashtag #BoschHomeSG and your TikTok’s account privacy setting must be set to “public”, and not “hidden” or “private” during the Campaign Period;

Any entries not completed in accordance with the above terms and conditions will be deemed invalid and disqualified by the Organiser.

5. Campaign Prizes

5.1 Three (3) winners will be selected for this Campaign. The prize consists of three (3) sets of Daily Farm grocery voucher(s), each worth S$100.00 (the “Prize”).

5.2 The Prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher credit for redemption via a designated third-party merchant(s) or supplier(s).

5.3 The utilisation and/or redemption of the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions, restrictions and expiration dates set by the third-party merchant(s) or supplier(s), which shall be each winner sole responsibility for complying with.

5.4 The Organiser reserves its sole and absolute discretion to replace and substitute the Prize with equivalent prize at similar values, at any time without prior notice. The Organiser accepts no responsibility and liability whatsoever for any variation and substitution of the Prize.

5.5 The Prize is not transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items, in part or in full. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or other incidents involving the Prize after they have been redeemed.

5.6 Each Winner can redeem their Prize at Bosch Customer Care Center at 38C Jalan Pemimpin, #01-01, Singapore 5771802, open from Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.. The Organiser will contact each Winner via email regarding the collection of the Prize.

6. Selection of Winners

6.1 The Organiser will select the winners (collectively called the “Winners” and each a “Winner”) in this Campaign based on the following criteria:-

(a) Creativity and quality of the TikTok video content for Bosch home appliances’ review;

(b) Share-worthiness or potential of the entry or entries to become a viral sensation; and

(c) Compliance of the terms and conditions of this Campaign by each Participant.

6.2 All decisions made by the Organiser in relation to the selection of the Winners shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all Participants and are non-negotiable.

6.3 The Winners will be contacted via email by the Organiser within fourteen (14) working days after the end of the Campaign Period. A Winner may be required by the Organiser to provide their full name as per NRIC, e-mail address and other information deemed necessary by the Organiser for verification purpose.

6.4 Each Prize is subject to acceptance by the Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Organiser within five (5) working days of the Organiser’s direct message or fails to provide the required verification(s), the Winner is deemed to have waived his/her right to accept the Prize. The Organiser has the right to select a supplementary Winner at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Organiser in this regard are final and binding on all Participants.

7. Other Terms and Conditions

(a) By participating this Campaign, each Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and warrants and represents that the IG Feeds, IG Stories, TikTok videos, any photos, images, videos or captions, where applicable they submitted to this Campaign is their own creation and original work, and does not incorporate any material or content that is owned or created by any third party, and shall not infringe on or violate any rights of any third party in any manner whatsoever.

(b) The copyright of the submitted IG Feeds, IG Stories, TikTok videos, any photos, images, videos or captions they submitted, where applicable to this Campaign shall automatically transfer to the Organiser at no costs.

(c) In accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to be featured in any Bosch home appliances collateral for publicity and announcement purposes, if applicable.

(d) All images and artwork used for the Campaign are for illustration purposes only.

(e) All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred or to be incurred to participate in this Campaign are the sole responsibility of the Participants.

(f) The Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, personal injury, loss and damage, claim or accidents, death resulting from their participation in this Campaign, and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability whatsoever directly and/or indirectly incur or to be incurred in connection with this Campaign.

(g) By participating in this Campaign, each Participant hereby agree to provide their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the Participant’s name, video content and/or picture (if any) for the purpose of publicity, advertising and/or trade without compensation or further notice and each Participant has no right to make any claim for such use.

(h) By participating in this Campaign, each Participant agrees to provide personal data and/or information to the Organiser or verification, contact, products delivery and/or services. All Participants understand and agree that the Organiser may collect, use and/or disclose the Participant’s personal data and/or information provided for promotional and marketing activities via email, push notification and/or SMS, administration, feedback, surveys, market research, delivery & installation of products by the Organiser’s service providers or independent contractors, maintenance tips for products, individualised services, culinary events purpose and/or disclose to the Organiser's related corporations in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, including any of its amendments. Any Participant may withdraw their consent to provide personal data and/or information at any time by notice in writing to BSH data protection officer(s) at sgr_v_dpo@bshg.com.

(i) The Organiser reserve its rights to amend, vary, modify, change, suspend, cancel, extend, remove or delete any terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time without prior notice and any dispute arising out of this Campaign, the decision made by the Organiser shall be final and binding onto the parties of the dispute. The Organiser shall not be held liable to compensate and/or indemnify any Participants in any manner whatsoever in connection with this Campaign directly and/or indirectly.

(j) Where the relevant Prize is supplied by a third-party merchant(s) and/or supplier(s), you hereby agree that the Organiser is not an agent of the third-party merchant(s) and/or supplier(s) of that Prize. Accordingly, the Organiser makes no warranty or representation whatsoever as to the quality, value, merchantability or fitness for purpose of that Prize and the Organiser assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever for the acts or omissions of the third-party merchant(s) and/or the supplier(s) or defects in that Prize. Any dispute regarding that Prize is to be resolved directly with the third-party merchant(s) and/or supplier(s) of that Prize. The Organiser shall not be required to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with the third-party merchant(s) and/or supplier(s) of such Prize. For the purposes of this clause, “Prize(s)” includes any products and/or services provided by third-party merchant(s) and/or supplier(s) in connection with the use and/or redemption of the Prize.

(k) These terms and conditions and any related disputed are subject to applicable laws of Singapore.
