Review & Win Bosch Home Appliances 2025

1. This “Review & Win Bosch Home Appliances (the “Campaign”) is organised by BSH Home Appliances Pte. Ltd. (the “Organiser”).

2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to all Participants aged 18 years and above with residential address in Singapore, except for employees of the Organiser, each a "Participant" and collectively, the "Participants".

3. Campaign Period
The Campaign will take place from 15 May 2025 (00:00 hour) to 15 August 2025 (23:59 hour) both dates inclusive (the “Campaign Period”). Any submission after the Campaign Period shall be disqualified and rejected automatically.

4. Campaign Mechanics
To enter this Campaign, each Participant must, during the Campaign Period do the following:
(a) purchase any Bosch home appliances from the Organiser’s authorised dealers https://www.bosch-home.com.sg/dealer-locator, including retailers and e-commerce platforms (“Bosch Stores”), excluding cleaning and care products;
(b) write an interesting and creative product or user experience review, and upload photo(s) of the Participant using the Bosch home appliances you have purchased from the Bosch Stores. The product review must be at least 200 characters long; and
(c) any entries not completed in accordance with the above terms and conditions will be deemed invalid and disqualified by the Organiser.

5. Campaign Prize
(a) Three (3) Winner(s)s will be selected for this Campaign and the prize is a grocery voucher(s) worth S$100.00 (“Prize”) only;
(b) The Organiser reserves its sole and absolute discretion to replace and substitute any prizes with equivalent Prize at similar values, at any without prior notice. The Organiser accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any variation and substitution of the Prize and its values; and
(c) The Prize is not transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items, in part or in full. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, etc, of the Prize after it has been delivered to the Winner(s).

6. Selection of Winner(s)s
(a) The Organiser will select three (3) Winner(s) (the “Winner(s)”) in this Campaign based on the following criteria:-
(i) Creatively and quality of the content of the product review with at least 200 characters;
(ii) Compliance of the terms and conditions of this Campaign by each Participant.
(b) All decisions made by the Organiser in relation to the selection of the Winner(s) shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all Participants and are non-negotiable;
(c) The Winner(s) will be contacted via email by the Organiser within fourteen (14) working days after the end of the Campaign Period. The Winner(s) must provide a valid email address for contact purpose. The Organiser may require the Winner(s) to provide their full name as per NRIC, e-mail address and other information deemed necessary for verification purposes;
(d) The Prize is subject to acceptance by the Winner(s). If the Winner(s) cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Organiser within 5 working days of the Organiser’s direct message or fails to provide the required verification(s), the Winner(s) is deemed to have waived his/her right to accept the Prize. The Organiser has the right to select a supplementary Winner(s) at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Organiser in this regard are final and binding on all Participants; and
(e) Each Winner(s) can redeem their Prize at Bosch Customer Care Centre at 38C Jalan Pemimpin, #01-01, Singapore 577180, open from Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.. The Organiser will contact you via email regarding the collection of the Prize.

7. Other Terms and Conditions
(a) By entering this Contest, each Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and warrants and represents that any content, photo, image or video submitted is their own creation and original work, and does not incorporate any material or content that is owned or created by any third party, and shall not infringe on or violate any rights of any third party.
(b) The copyright of the submitted contents, photos, images or videos for this Campaign shall automatically transfer to the Organiser at no costs.
(c) In accepting the Prize, the Winner(s) agrees to be featured in any Bosch home appliances collateral for publicity and announcement purposes, if applicable.
(d) All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred or to be incurred to participate in this Campaign are the sole responsibility of the Participants.
(e) The Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, personal injury, loss and damage, claim or accidents, death resulting from their participation in this Campaign, and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability whatsoever directly and/or indirectly incur or to be incurred in connection from this Campaign.
(f) By participating in this Campaign, each Participant hereby agree to provide their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the Participant’s name, video contents and/or images, photos, contents, where applicable for the purpose of publicity, advertising and/or trade without compensation or further notice and each Participant has no right to make any claim for such use.
(g) By participating in this Campaign, each Participant agrees to provide personal data and/or information to the Organiser or verification, contact, products delivery and/or services. All Participants understand and agree that the Organiser may collect, use and/or disclose the Participant’s personal data and/or information provided for promotional and marketing activities via email, push notification and/or SMS, administration, feedback, surveys, market research, delivery & installation of products by the Organiser’s service providers or independent contractors, maintenance tips for products, individualised services, culinary events purpose and/or disclose to the Organiser's related corporations in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. (h) The Participant may withdraw consent to provide the Participant’s personal data and/or information at any time by notice in writing to BSH data protection officer(s) at sgr_v_dpo@bshg.com.
(i) The Organiser reserve its rights to amend, vary, modify, change, suspend, cancel, extend, remove or delete any terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time without prior notice and any dispute arising out of this Campaign, the decision made by the Organiser shall be final and binding onto the parties of the dispute. The Organiser shall not be held liable to compensate and/or indemnify any Participants in any manner whatsoever in connection with this Campaign directly and/or indirectly.
(j) These terms and conditions and any related disputed are subject to applicable laws of Singapore.
