Due to a major system upgrade, sales and collection of spare parts and accessories will be temporarily unavailable at UnserHaus Customer Care Centre from 29 September to 1 October 2020. Repairs and deliveries will also be delayed. Purchase can still be made on the Bosch e-store.

As we transit into Phase Two of reopening, we are happy to announce that the Experience Centre will resume operations from 22 June onwards, Mon – Fri, 10 AM – 4 PM. We seek your understanding and cooperation with the following safe distancing measures to ensure that the Experience Centre remains a safe environment for everyone.

Visits are strictly by appointment only. Please email us at bsh.ec@bshg.com to make one. All customers will be required to complete two SafeEntry scans, one at the main lobby and another before entering the Experience Centre. Kindly note that a maximum of 6 customers will be allowed in the Experience Centre at any one time.
