Thai Red Ruby Dessert

A popular Thai dessert – “Tub Tim Krob” which can be translated to “Crunchy Rubies”, is chewy on the outside and crunchy on the inside. Our recipe uses natural colouring from beetroot that makes it look like brilliant red rubies bathing in coconut milk. This is the perfect treat to share with friends and family, on a hot day!
