1. A product may be returned at any time up to 14 calendar days from the day the product is delivered, subject to an administrative fee of S$25 for small domestic appliances or $100 for major domestic appliances. Electronic spare parts (which shall include all modules) are strictly non-returnable.
2. All returned products must be in the original packaging (including BSH barcodes), un-used and in a re-saleable condition. We shall be at liberty to refuse a return in the event that the product is unpacked, damaged and or used.
3. Returns of small domestic appliances (e.g. hand blenders, juicers, irons, vacuum cleaners, accessories, etc.) shall be accepted only at our Customer Service Centre.

5. When a Return Request has been accepted, we will make a refund of your payment (less an administrative fee if applicable) within 30 days, to the credit card used to place this order.
6. The terms and conditions of our standard warranty shall apply where applicable.
