BSH Home Appliances Pte. Ltd. Cancellation and Returns Policies

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of S$25 or 5% of the value of the product (whichever is higher). If the product has been handed over to our delivery partner, an additional fee of S$10 is chargeable.

2. A Cancellation Request may be submitted either by phone through our Customer Service Hotline 6751 5000 or Service Email at online-store.bshsgp@bshg.com.

3. When a Cancellation Request has been accepted, we will send a Cancellation Confirmation email, indicating the total cancellation fee. Payment of this fee must be made to us via bank transfer or PayNow. Thereafter, we will make a refund of your payment within 30 days, to the credit card used to place the order.

4. If a Cancellation Request is not accepted on these terms, the product may still be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

1. A product may be returned at any time up to 14 calendar days from the day the product is delivered, subject to an administrative fee of S$25 for small domestics appliances, parts, accessories, toys or S$100 for major domestic appliances. Electronic spare parts (which shall include all modules) are strictly non-returnable.

2. All returned products must be in the original packaging (including BSH barcodes), un-used and in a re-saleable condition. We shall be at liberty to refuse a return in the event that the product is unpacked, damaged and or used.

3. Returns of small domestic appliances (e.g. hand blenders, juicers, irons, vacuun cleaners, MUM machines), accessories and toys shall be accepted only at our Customer Service Centre. Kindly bring your product personally to:

  • Operating hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm(excluding public holidays)

4. For returns of all major domestic appliances (e.g. Washing Machines, Dishwashers, etc.), please submit your request either through our Customer Service Hotline 6751 5000 or Service Email at online-store.bshsgp@bshg.com.

5. When a Return Request has been accepted, we will make a refund of your payment (less an administrative fee if applicable) within 30 days, to the credit card used to place this order.

6. The terms and conditions of our standard warranty shall apply where applicable.
