Here are 4 ways to thaw your food safely

1Thaw in cold water: The simplest method is to dip your products in airtight packaging in cold water for about 10 minutes (depending on the food).
2Thaw in microwave oven: Defrosting in a microwave oven is fast but be careful because the products must be consumed quickly.
3Thaw in the fridge: It is recommended to put the food you want to defrost into the fridge the night before you want to consume it and take it out the next day. This is a careful way to defrost. This method is effective for both meat and fish. Put them on a plate to prevent water from leaking.
4Thaw in the oven: Bosch ovens have a defrost program. The food is thawed quickly with the fans in the oven. These fans are located in the bottom of the oven and allow air to circulate around frozen products.
