Tasty smoothie recipes

Berry-mint smoothie

Let the berry mixture thaw and put it in the mixer. Quarter the peeled kiwis and apples and add them. Wash the peppermint and add to the mixer. Mix until creamy, pour into a glass and enjoy.

List of ingredients:
100 g tdeep-frozen berry mixture
1 medium apple
1 ripe kiwi
1/2 bunch fresh peppermint

Fresh fruit-ginger smoothie

Wash the corn salad well. Quarter the pear, banana and maracuja and add them. Peel the fresh ginger, add it, and mix until creamy. This not only tastes good, it is also very healthy.
