You’re curious about how induction cookers work? With induction technology, the pot itself becomes the generator of heat. Below the ceramic glass is a copper coil. The alternating electrical current supply to the cooker is converted from 50 Hz to approx. 25 kHz by the transformer/inverter and passed to the coil which generates heat.
